SACHIN, THE MASTER BLASTER

When Sachin is in such a form, defensive game is the only solution for any opponents. sachin, the king of all records, surpassed West Indian gun Brian Lara's tally of 11,953 runs with an edge to third man off the bowling of Peter Siddle and Indian maestro became the highest run-scorer in the history of Test cricket.

The 35-year-old talented cricketer now averages over 54 from 152 matches, took 152 matches and 247 innings to reach this landmark. But the interesting thing is that Brian Lara accumulated the runs in 131 matches and 232 innings. Kudos to Lara's 400 and Triple centuries to make these runs in these short innings.
