INDIA BEAT AUSTRALIA BY AN INNINGS AND 135 RUNS IN THE SECOND TEST HELD IN HYDERABAD.

                                        Cheteshwar Pujara-Man of the Match

After a long gap of 15 years, Australia suffered a humiliating innings defeat against India.
The last time India beat Australia by an innings was in Kolkata, 1998. Now Australia have lost 5 consecutive Tests in India. 2 in this series, 2 in 2010 and the last Test in 2008.
In the second test held in Hyderabad, Australia were bowled out for 131 in the second innings and this is Australia’s first innings defeat since the 2010-11 Ashes series. Aswin’s  5 wicket haul and the 3 wickets took by Jadeja(including the important wicket of inform Clark) helped India to achieve this great victory. The Double centurian and new revelation at the no 3 spot, Cheteshwar Pujara won the Player of the Match award.

INTERESTING FACT: This is the first time a team has lost by an innings after declaring in their first innings. This is Dhoni's 22nd Test win. He goes past Sourav Ganguly's record and becomes the most successful Test captain for India.
